一般信件寫作原則（tips & strategies）
Keep It Short and To The Point （簡短切題） Try to never exceed one page or you will be at risk of losing your reader
Make It Clear, Concise, and Logical （清晰，簡要，有邏輯） point-form
Focus On The Recipient's Needs （關(guān)注閱讀者的需求） What essential information does that person need to know
Use Simple and Appropriate Language （表達簡短恰當） As much as possible, use language and terminology familiar to the intended recipient
Use Short Sentences and Paragraphs （使用簡短的句子和段落） don't let paragraphs exceed three or four sentences
Review and Revise It （檢查修訂） Put yourself in the place of the addressee
Double Check Spelling and Grammar （注意拼寫和語法） A letter is a direct reflection of the person sending it, and by extension, the organization that person works for.
簽證信件基本寫作原則：
簡潔，避免冗長；
清晰，一目了然；
客觀，避免overdo；
干脆，避免重復；
一定要簡短，重點突出，條理清晰。簡短不等于簡單，冗長不代表有水平。
